Order entry designed for speed and accuracy. The menu grid features categorized buttons with intuitive icons, enabling servers to punch in complex orders rapidly. Modifier pop-ups handle forced choices (e.g., Meat Temp) and optional add-ons seamlessly. The system supports seat-wise ordering, allowing specific items to be assigned to 'Seat 1' or 'Seat 2' to make bill splitting effortless at checkout. Items can be marked by course (Starter, Main, Dessert) for intelligent staggering in the kitchen.

Eliminate lost paper tickets and miscommunications with a real-time Kitchen Display System. Ticket cards display item names, bolded modifiers, table numbers, and 'Time in Queue' timers. Tickets exceeding 'Goal Time' are highlighted with a flashing border, ensuring priority orders are never missed. The system includes an 'All Day' summary view aggregating specific item counts across all active tickets, allowing the kitchen to prep efficiently.

Crucially, the dashboard includes an '86 List' (Out of Stock items). When the kitchen marks an item as 86'd on the KDS, the POS instantly disables the item across all FOH terminals, and servers receive a subtle alert, preventing order corrections and guest disappointment.
